CREST
There are two affiliated Centres for Research, Education, Sadhana and Training (CREST) – one in Bangalore, India, and a second in Berlin, Germany. These centres provide a place for opening the mind to the possibilities of human evolution, through spiritual practice, audacious thinking and research.

Bangalore
The CREST campus, set in sylvan surroundings and encircled by a flowing brook, is located in Bangalore, a city in the state of Karnataka, in the southern part of India. Bangalore is well connected by train and air to all the major cities in India.
Berlin
The ashram is located in “Berlin-Mitte”, in a huge building called “DAZ” which was formerly a factory but completely renovated and restructured after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989. It is placed at a point where east and west meet, not far from the site of the former Berlin Wall.
Retreat Centres
Retreat centres are places to dive deep to introspect and meditate, so as to face life refreshed with a renewed sense of purpose, and to restore balance in one's life. There are participating retreat centres in various part of India, as well as in Europe and North America.
Scholarship Programmes
Every year, SMSF offers scholarships to people from all cultures and walks of life desirous of participating in seminars, and conducting research in yoga and other allied fields of spiritual interest.

The Free Medical Centres (FMCs) and medical camps of SMSF provide a valuable service, often where other medical services are not available, e.g. remote rural villages. Services are delivered in various regions of India, e.g. Satkhol in Uttarakhand and Chennai in Tamil Nadu.
Medical personnel offer selfless service, in the tradition of karma yoga. Physicians, dentists, medical students, residents, nurses, lab technicians and other medical staff have formed the Sahaj Marg Physicians Group (SMPG) to offer their services in the FMCs.

About Us
The Sahaj Marg Spirituality Foundation, or SMSF, is a non-profit corporation existing in the USA, Dubai, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Singapore and Switzerland.
SMSF promotes spiritual training for all based on the principles of tolerance and love among people. SMSF supports the Heartfulness Institute, which offers the Heartfulness approach to the Sahaj Marg system of meditation, programmes in universities and colleges, programmes in the corporate world and government institutions, and Conscious Living programmes for children in schools.
The Foundation is responsible for conducting programmes in the fields of spiritual training, education and research. It also provides retreat facilities, meditation centres, scholarships for students around the world, free medical clinics and other civic services.
The Managing Trustee of all the branches of the Foundation worldwide is Kamlesh D. Patel.
