The Heartfulness International Convention was held in New Jersey, USA, on the 18th to the 20th of December 2015.

All participants were benefited by the experience of meditation, and knowledge about the science of raja yoga under the Sahaj Marg system. There were presentations on various aspects of Heartfulness in schools, corporations and communities. All were exposed to the importance of the daily practice, and the various elements of Sahaj Marg system offered by the Heartfulness approach.

A lot of volunteers worked with great dedication and joy to make this convention happen smoothly and effectively. Below are some of the talks and presentations from the event.

The Sahaj Marg Spiritual Movement requires tremendous forbearance and understanding of Sahaj Marg. Let us approach seekers with Heartfulness, whether through home gatherings, at schools or colleges, at public or private offices, or at temples or churches, and share the Sahaj Marg message of the Shri Ram Chandra Mission with one and all.
